Apple and Plum are a pair of traditional 18th century cottages set within their own walled garden and adjoining the orchard on the Deans Court estate.

Plum Cottage boasts stunning views with outdoor space for guests and is just a stone’s throw away from the delightful town of Wimborne. Renovated to a high standard and recently redecorated in gorgeous Farrow and Ball paints, the cottages have a contemporary, yet homely feel provide the perfect space in which to relax and unwind… To make your stay extra special all our guests receive a welcome basket of local, homemade treats on arrival.

Sleeping 6, but with a special twist, as the third bedroom is the Shepherd’s Hut in its garden. With a double bed and a wood-burning stove, nothing could be cosier. An elm dining table in Plum Cottage seating ten is perfect if you take both cottages and all want to dine together. Sisal carpets lead to simple, beautiful bedrooms where linen blinds frame the meadow views. A modern, fully equipped country kitchen makes cooking easy and fun.

  • "What a lovely week we had in Plum Cottage"

Calm, warm, all needs catered for, a wonderful sanctuary during what is otherwise a strange period. The simple and environmentally friendly range of products has taken us further on our own journey to take better care of the planet. Delicious food in the café and interesting items for sale in the shop. A lovely antidote to the hustle and bustle of everyday life. That said, it was a perfect location to be able to walk into Wimborne with its great mix of artisan and boutique shops, cafes and pubs together with some national chains for staple essentials.
