Root and Flow Retreat 17th – 19th November 2025

£495.00£1,195.00

We all have stories inside of us, but sometimes they need the encouragement, permission and space to emerge. This unique new retreat will offer all of those things and more, from a beautiful location that promises quietude and room to create.

Set in the heart of the Wimborne St Giles Estate, this retreat offers the opportunity to write, reflect, and reconnect in the stunning Dorset countryside. Bestselling author Alice Vincent will guide expert workshops and one-on-one sessions, helping you refine your craft – whether in fiction, memoir, or non-fiction.

Beyond writing, the retreat nurtures creativity in other ways. Breathwork with Ellie Loves brings clarity and focus, while forest bathing with Lindsey, offers deep connection to nature. There’s time to walk, to share nourishing meals, and to embrace both solitude and community.

Under dark skies and misty dawns, Root & Flow is an invitation to step away from the noise and explore the stories you want to tell – and how best to tell them.
